Anna Williams

Founder/Director, In Home Behavioral Consultant

Anna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years experience. She provides in home parent coaching for behavior modification as well as in home observations and consultations. She received her undergraduate degree at Cal State University Monterey Bay and went on to finish her Masters at Alliant International University. She provides in home parent coaching for behavior modification as well as in home observations and consultations for Anxiety and OCD. In addition to this, she possesses specialties in Behavioral Therapy,Parent Coaching, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Behavioral Management for Autism Spectrum Disorders(ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder(ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder(ODD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder(OCD) and Anxiety in which she is certified in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy.

Anna has an eclectic background which most recently includes her work at Rady’s Children’s Hospital Outpatient Clinic as a Clinic Supervisor and therapist specializing in Anxiety,Depression while also treating ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, OCD and Childhood Trauma. This built on her previous experience within residential treatment programs throughout the San Diego Area.
Anna has two children ages 15 and 4. She is a military wife and has lived in the San Diego area for 20 years.

Maria David

Special Education Advocate, Social Skills Educator, Behavioral Coach

Maria has been working with children for the last 20 years in a school and then clinical setting. Her experience with the educational system and behavioral health setting lend to her passion to help children, adolescents and teens reach their highest potential.

Maria David received her degree in Psychology with a specialization in Child Development from San Diego State University. As part of the Department of Psychiatry at Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego, she has significant clinical experience and expertise providing case management and educational consulting services. She also has expertise developing and facilitating group-based skills for youth with ongoing social skills and organizational skills difficulties. Maria’s role as special education consultant addresses many needs including academia and behavioral health in the school setting.

Kelsey S. Dickson

Child Clinical Psychologist

Kelsey S. Dickson, Ph.D. earned her doctorate in child clinical psychology with a minor concentration in quantitative methods at Kent State University. Dr. Dickson completed her predoctoral clinical internship at the University of California, San Diego/Veteran’s Affairs Psychology Internship Training Program. She has clinical experience in evidence-based interventions and assessments for children and adolescents presenting with a variety of medical, developmental, and behavioral conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She specializes in developmental and psychodiagnostic evaluations and delivering empirically supported interventions for youth with a variety of behavioral and mental health concerns.
